Welcome — I’m Sandra.

This is a space to explore my work and see whether Mindwise Equestrian feels like a fit for you.
My journey began on horseback, chasing cattle, turned into training professionally and grew into a curiosity about how horses and humans think, learn and communicate. That curiosity led me to study a Diploma in Equitation Science and a double degree in Psychology & Counselling, shaping the way I see the world today.

At Mindwise Equestrian, I guide individuals — equestrians and non-equestrians alike — through challenges by connecting, noticing patterns, and finding grounded, practical ways forward.
