Therapy with me is a collaborative process. You are the expert in your own life, and my role is to support you with professional knowledge in mental health and wellbeing. Together, we create a space for problem-solving, self-exploration, and meaning-making — a place to work on the challenges and goals that are most important to you.

My practice is grounded in trauma-informed care and informed by many years as a professional equestrian coach, alongside formal training in psychology, therapy, and Tibetan mindfulness. I aim to provide both practical tools you can use right away and reflective conversations that foster deeper insight and lasting change.
