Cancellations & Refunds

Life happens sometimes, plans change or get thwarted, and we can't attend our appointments.

In the event that your are unable to attend an appointment please notify Sandra as soon as possible.

Refund Policy

​Sandra Trott reserves the right to assess all cancellations on a case by case basis.

However as a guide the following applies:

​

Cancellations made 48 hours before the event or booking.

• If your place can be filled 100% of the value of your booking can either be refunded or transferred to a future date. 

• If your place can not be filled 50% of the value of your booking can either be refunded or transferred to a future date with the balance payable upon booking.

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event or booking. 

• If your place can be filled 100% of the value of your booking can either be refunded or transferred to a future date. 

• If your place can not be filled you are not eligible for a refund or transfer.
